Delete your account & data
You can delete your Ride with Leo account, and the data associated with it, at any time. Here’s how.
Delete from inside the app
The fastest way, if you can still sign in:
- Open Ride with Leo and go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted — your account is deleted right away.
Can’t sign in, or removed the app?
Email info@polymathers.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll verify that you own the account and complete the deletion for you.
What gets deleted
- Your personal information — email, name, and password.
- Your raw session recordings.
- Active share links are revoked, and you’re signed out on all devices.
What we keep
- Some analytics may be retained in de-identified form (with no personal information) for product and research purposes; this data can’t be tied back to you.
- For 30 days after deletion we keep a one-way (hashed) record of your email address to prevent immediate reuse and identity confusion. It is not reversible.
